You may see a "Windows protected your PC" screen because RenameIQ is a new application from an independent developer. This is standard for new software that hasn't built a reputation with Microsoft yet. The application is completely safe to install.

To proceed, simply:

Click on "More info" on the warning screen.
Click the "Run anyway" button that appears.

This will allow the installation to continue normally.

Version 1.0 of RenameIQ is specifically optimized for documents written in English to ensure the highest possible accuracy. While it may work on documents in other languages, the results will not be as reliable. Support for additional languages is a high priority for future updates.

The free trial of RenameIQ is fully featured but is limited to renaming a total of 20 files. After you have renamed 20 files, you will need to purchase a license key to unlock unlimited renaming.

Yes. Your purchase of a RenameIQ license is a one-time fee. You will own that version of the software forever and receive all minor updates (e.g., v1.1, v1.2) for free. Major version upgrades (e.g., to v2.0) may require a new purchase.

Your files are 100% safe and private. RenameIQ is an offline application. All processing, including AI analysis, happens directly on your computer. Your documents are never sent to our servers or any third-party service.

RenameIQ can process the most common document and image formats, including PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, and TIFF.
