You may see a "Windows protected your PC" screen because RenameIQ is a new application from an independent developer. This is standard for new software that hasn't built a reputation with Microsoft yet. The application is completely safe to install.

To proceed, simply:

Click on "More info" on the warning screen.
Click the "Run anyway" button that appears.

This will allow the installation to continue normally.

Version 1.3+ of RenameIQ includes a custom-trained AI model with robust support for 8 languages. The OCR and analysis engine is optimized for documents containing:

The free trial of RenameIQ is fully featured but is limited to renaming a total of 50 files. After you have renamed 50 files, you will need to purchase a license key to unlock unlimited renaming.

Yes. Your purchase of a RenameIQ license is a one-time fee. It is licensed for use on a single computer at a time.

We understand you may upgrade your computer in the future, so your license automatically allows you to transfer it to a new computer up to 3 times. If you need more transfers, please contact support.

Your license includes all minor updates (e.g., v1.3, v1.4). Major version upgrades (e.g., to v2.0) may require a new purchase.

Your files are 100% safe and private. RenameIQ's core function is an offline application. All file processing, including OCR and AI analysis, happens directly on your computer. Your documents are never sent to our servers or any third-party service.

A one-time internet connection is required solely for activating your license key. This process is secure and does not involve any of your personal files.

RenameIQ can process the most common document and image formats, including PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, TIFF, and TXT.
